B. Davis Scholarship: Deadline May 22, 2021
Any Junior or Senior student can apply for the B. Davis Scholarship. Student needs to write a 1000 word essay answering this questions, "Describe the three characteristics of leadership you value most. Discuss why you believe that these traits are so important and how you feel that they are developed in an individual."
Submissions must be sent via email for review before the deadline May 22, 2021.

BBB - Students of Integrity Scholarship- Deadline April 5, 2021
2021 Students of Integrity Scholarship is rewarding a high school junior or senior who demonstrates excellent work ethics, has great personal integrity, is involved with their community, accomplished academically, and can exhibit excellent writing skills.
Each winning essay will receive a $2,000 scholarship to the school of their choice. For more information on eligibility requirements and how to apply, visit the Students of Integrity Scholarship page.

Bellevue College Foundation Scholarship- Deadline March 8, 2021
For 2021, Bellevue College is no longer accepting any paper applications or in-person documents for this scholarship. Instead, all applications and documents must be completed, uploaded, and submitted online.

To be considered for the BC Foundation Scholarship students must:
- Plan to attend or currently be attending Bellevue College.
- Maintain a minimum of 2.00 or above cumulative high school GPA through fall quarter/semester, if applying as a high school senior.
- Maintain a minimum of 2.00 or above cumulative college GPA through fall quarter/semester, if applying as a college student.
- Some Foundation scholarships require a student to be enrolled full-time, but others do not. Full-time enrollment is considered 12 or more credits per quarter.

Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) Scholarships- Deadline March 31, 2021
Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) is a company-sponsored employee network dedicated to supporting the continued growth and development of black employees at Microsoft Corporation. This year, BAM will award 27 scholarships to outstanding high-school seniors who are interested in pursuing careers in technology.

Career and Technical Scholarship- Deadline Feb. 6, 2021
The CTS scholarship was created to help fill trade, health care, and STEM workforce shortages around our state. The scholarship provides $1,500 in flexible scholarship funding for students attending community and technical colleges.
Students can use these funds to pursue an associate’s degree, certificate, or apprenticeship from one of Washington's 34 community and technical colleges. We are building pathways to the careers our state needs most such as nursing, welding, and information technology; nearly 1,000 trade, health care of STEM programs are eligible for CTS funding across Washington state.
Please note: applications for the CTS are accepted three times each academic year. Approximately half of the scholarships are awarded for the fall, with the other half awarded between the winter and spring.

Careers that Work Scholarships (CTW)
Are you attending one of these participating schools? Talk to you Career Center Specialists. This scholarship program allows the high school to award up to five $1,000 one-time scholarships for participating schools.
CIE/USA- Seattle Asian Pacific American (APA) Youth Scholarship Application
The purpose of this scholarship is to get APA students interested in STEM career fields. There are 6 different award categories.

College Bound students must keep their contact information up to date in order to receive their scholarships without any delays and to receive important updates about their financial rewards.

Students may also contact them if they believe they applied for the scholarship but are not on the school's list of students to receive the College Bound Scholarship.

High School seniors in the State of Washington are encouraged to apply. Applicants will be judged on citizenship, academic achievement, and financial need. Each award is worth $2,500 and winners will be notified in April. 2021.

HITEC Foundation Scholarship- Deadline March 5, 2021
Candidates for the HITEC Foundation Scholarship Application should meet the following requirements:
- Be of Hispanic heritage - at least one parent has to be of Hispanic descent
- A graduating high school senior or current college student
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Major in a technology field
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

Lotus Scholarship- Deadline March 31, 2021
The Lotus Scholarship Program is for students who are refugees or immigrants under the age of 21 who are pursuing a post-secondary education.
All application information is kept strictly confidential. Students will need to read all of the eligibility requirements, create an account, and then complete the application online.

Lotus scholarship
SYL Foundation is committed to creating opportunity and access to higher education. Guided by the belief that immigrant students deserve respect and support, the Foundation’s Lotus Scholarship Program provides assistance to recently immigrated students in Washington’s King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. The purpose of the scholarship program is to give financial support to immigrant and refugee students who are pursuing post-secondary education, regardless of the students’ immigration status. ALL APPLICATION INFORMATION IS KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
Scholarship Amount: $1,500 per year for two years and up to $3,000 for two additional years IF the student is enrolled in a four-year university for those two additional years.
The Lotus Scholarship is renewable for three additional years beyond the initial award year. It is our expectation that the scholarship will be utilized in four consecutive years, beginning with the year of the award. In rare cases, exceptions may be made.
Students who are eligible for two years of college funding through the Seattle Promise program may still apply for the Lotus Scholarship. They will be eligible to receive funding of $3,000 per year in their third and fourth years of college for a total reward of $6,000.
Eligibility
· Student attends high school in King, Pierce or Snohomish county and is due to graduate in June 2021. We do not accept applications from students already in college.
· Student is 21 years old or younger.
· Immigrated to the United States on or after January 1, 2017.
· Plans to attend a community college, university, technical or trade school.
· Participated or enrolled in a college readiness program (sample programs here – these are only samples and participation in other programs is acceptable)
· Will commit to participating in college persistence or support programs during college.
· Available for a virtual (e.g. Skype) interview in April or early May 2021.
Summer Workshop
In 2021, SYLF will partner with College Possible Washington to offer a three-day college preparation workshop to all first-year Lotus Scholars. We expect students to attend unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond their control. The three-day workshop will cover topics such as financial aid planning, study stills, course selection, and career preparation. Students will receive a stipend to offset lost wages and/or transportation costs for each day they attend. The workshop will take place in July and will likely be virtual.
Application Process for New Applicants
- Gather all materials you will be required to upload as part of the application:
o School transcript that shows classes taken and grades.
o Demonstration of financial need through one of the following documents: FAFSA or WAFSA Student Aid Report; Family Income Tax Return; W-2; or DSHS Benefits Letter.
- Request a Letter of Recommendation from a college prep teacher or advisor and provide their email in your application. They will be sent a separate link to complete the recommendation online. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that your recommendation is submitted by March 31st. Please check with your teacher or advisor prior to the due date.
- Complete and submit an online application by March 31st. You do not have to complete the application in one sitting. You will be able to save your work without submitting and continue later.

Timeline
· Completed applications must be submitted no later than March 31, 2021.
· Semi-finalist candidates will be scheduled for an interview in April or May 2021. Please note that this is a competitive scholarship and not everyone who applies will be awarded a scholarship.
· Candidates will be informed of the status of their application by late May or early June of 2021.
Renewal Application Process for Continuing Lotus Scholars:
- The renewal process will open in May. All eligible Lotus Scholars will be notified by email. Please make sure we have your current contact information.
- Gather all materials you will be required to upload as part of the application:
o School transcript that shows college classes taken and grades.
- Request a Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, college persistence advisor, advocate, or school counselor and provide their email in your application. They will be sent a separate link to complete the recommendation online. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for ensuring that your recommendation is submitted by July 15th. Please check with your recommender prior to the due date.
- Complete and submit an online application by July 15th. We will contact you with instructions to access the online renewal form. You will be able to save your work and return to it later to complete the application.

Microsoft disAbility Scholarship- Deadline March 1, 2021
The disAbility Scholarship at Microsoft delivers on the mission of Microsoft’s cross disability employee resource group to empower and enable people with disabilities. This scholarship enables high school students with disabilities to go to college and target a career in the technology industry. In addition, we hope to contribute to increasing the pool of persons living with a disability enrolling in higher education and, in the long term, decrease the unemployment bias for this demographic.
This scholarship will be awarded to promising high school seniors who plan to attend a vocational or academic college and have a financial need. The amount of this renewable scholarship to be awarded is $5,000 per year, up to $20,000 total, which is paid through the Seattle Foundation on behalf of the disAbility Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Microsoft to the recipient’s school’s Financial Aid Office.

The Rotary Club of Renton is offering eight $3,000 scholarships for the 2020-2021 school year. Two senior students from each of the four high schools, will be chosen to receive this award. Typed applications are due to your Career Center no later than March 16, 2021.

Seattle Foundation- Seahawk Scholarship- Deadline March 15, 2021
The Seahawks Players' Equality and Justice For All Scholarship is offering $10,000/ year (renewable up to 4 years) to students who have overcome significant adversity. Along with a financial award, students will also have the opportunity to work alongside of industry professionals and mentors.

Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS)- Deadline Feb 6, 2021

The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) supports low- and middle-income Washington students pursuing eligible high-demand majors in science, technology, engineering, math (STEM) or health care and encourages recipients to work in Washington state once they complete their degrees.
WSOS awards scholarships to seniors interested in studying STEM/Healthcare at a college in Washington. So, if you’re even considering studying STEM/Healthcare, apply to this scholarship! If you change your mind, after you begin your studies, you will not be penalized. This means you have nothing to lose, but up $22,500 to gain!!!
